Inspired by the organization in Robert Ludlum‘s Bourne series of books, and developed for television by Tim Kring (Heroes, Touch). The stars many familiar faces and names, such as Brian J. Smith (Sense8, Stargate Universe), Jeremy Irvine (Now is Good, Beyond the Reach, Railway Man), Tracy Ifeachor (The Originals, Quantico), Michelle Forbes (Mockingjay), Omar Metwally (Mr. Robot, The Affair, Munich), and Hyo-Joo Han (W, The Beauty Inside).

Premise Being behind the creation of super spy Jason Bourne, the Treadstone project – a covert program that uses behavior-modification protocol to turn recruits into nearly superhuman assassins. – was activated.
Review: The show explores the origin story and present-day actions of the CIA black ops program on a worldwide scale. So it very quickly felt like a spy caper, but kind of a confusing one. A bit of mystery makes sense for a spy thriller, and having it slowly unfolding is also a no-brainer, but here it was too little too late. There wasn’t really an arc to the season itself but there must have been one for the show overall, and that for me was the main problem because the cast and action scenes were great.
