Sorcerous Rivalry (The Mage-Born Chronicles #1) by Kayleigh Nicol | Book Review

The Mage-Born Chronicles is Kayleigh Nicol's debut series as an author and follows a roguish mage with shapeshifting powers who attempts to survive in a kingdom where the use of magic has been outlawed. With a determined mage hunter on his trail, Reshi seeks out his family for protection, only to find that a dangerous rivalry for power has put him in a more precarious position than ever. If you’re a fan of swords and sorcery, found family, and enemies-to-lovers relationships, then give my series a try!

Prince & Assassin (Perilous Courts #1) by Tavia Lark | Book Review

Perilous Courts is a high fantasy, high feels series with plenty of hurt/comfort, secret identities, and animal companions with attitude. Each novel follows a different prince and his Happily Ever After, but the series is best read in order. Books 1-3 start the series with the three princes of Silaise, and Books 4-6 will continue with the three princes of neighboring Draskora.
