007 Spectre We’ve all grown up with this franchise but Ian Fleming’s characters haven’t lost their flavor overtime and after the sucess Skyfall had it made only sense that we’d get another one by Sam Mendes.
If you’re familiar with the Bond film franchise or book series you’ll know that Spectre refers to the criminal organisation Bond villain Ernst Stravo Blofeld runned. James Bond already encountered this foe in six previous movie installments, from the early 60s to the early 80s, and the supervillain had been portrayed by four actors.
Knowing all this I could have worried that yet again another representation of Blofeld is to come but he’s such an iconic character that it might just work and then I look at the cast and relax.
The cast is full with talent actors such Ralph Fiennes (Harry Potter), of course Daniel Craig and my personal favorite Ben Whishaw (Paddington). The newcomers are the add bonus of the bunch, Léa Seydoux (Inglorious Basterds), Andrew Scott (Sherlock), Christopher Waltz (Django) and Monica Bellucci (Matrix) and we’ve got to see the Aston Martin DB10.
Are you excited about the movie?
