Jenna Ortega looks amazing in this, and kind of scary. It does look Burton-esque, I guess I would have said that it looks inspired by Tim Burton but not actually made by him. It doesn’t seem too quirky or weird, and it looks more grounded. There seem to be consequences for what Wednesday does, people are getting hurt unlike what I remember from the movies or the animated series where the “pranks” didn’t seem to have lasting consequences for the “pranked.”

I want to see more so I’ll keep an eye for it this Fall on Netflix.
